Ready to take your tango skills to the next level? We’re reopening our weekly intensive classes – twice a week – designed for dancers committed to growth. If simply attending milongas isn't enough to refine your technique, this is the class for you!

Why Join?

We use choreography as a foundation to enhance technique, coordination, and stage presence. Whether you aim to perform or simply want to improve, this program will challenge and elevate your dance.

📌 Commitment is key – We strongly encourage at least 6 extra hours of practice per week to see real progress. Tango is a team effort, and you are an essential part of it!

While some dancers will perform or compete, the primary goal is to help YOU improve in technique, confidence, and overall artistry.

FAQ – What You Need to Know

🔹 Do I need a partner?
Yes, a partner is required. We do not rotate partners during this class.

🔹 Can I try a class before committing?
Yes! We offer a one-time courtesy drop-in for a 1.5-hour class at $55. If you decide to continue, you must enroll.

🔹 Is performing mandatory?
No, it’s optional! While we encourage participation in performances, our focus is helping you improve at your own pace.

🔹 What are the requirements to perform?
You must know the choreography and tempo by heart and be able to perform it solo. Additional requirements apply for competitions and the TangoEarth Showcase.

Our Philosophy

At the heart of our Tango Team is a simple philosophy: excellence comes before exposure.

We believe performance should be earned through preparation, commitment, and respect for the craft. We never put students on stage simply for the sake of performing. Our responsibility is to protect their growth, their confidence, and the quality of what they present. Whether the choreography is simple or complex, it must be polished, intentional, and truly ready for the stage.

Our team is also a community. We value hard work, consistency, generosity, and the willingness to help one another improve. We grow together, support one another, and inspire our peers through the standard we uphold both in rehearsal and in performance.

We welcome dancers who share that mindset: people who want to work, contribute, keep learning, and become part of something bigger than themselves.

Train with purpose. Perform when ready. Grow together.
